Named for her daughters Carson Parry and Pearl Monroe, whose life experiences have inspired her with their beauty and strength, Meredith aims to empower individuals like you to build your own brand & legacy.
For nearly twenty years this wife and mother of three has been a beauty entrepreneur serving as a hairstylist and owner of a Winston-Salem based salon that helps inspire others to thrive on their own terms.
Meredith created Parry + Pearl, a non-corporate Beauty and Wellness suite concept, to meet the high demand of the growing beauty industry. Meredith chose her husband’s hometown of King for Parry + Pearl with a goal of creating a supportive culture that sets up artisans for success while discovering their entrepreneurial potential.
Meredith, seasoned in this growing industry, thoughtfully designed each suite with every beauty and wellness provider in mind. Privacy, freedom, flexibility and control of your own success.
